Getting Missed appointment notifications.

My internet has been installed and is working well but Fizz is sending notifications that I missed the installation date. I' getting this as well : "Without this visit, your Fizz Home Internet plan cannot be activated. "
Well this impact billing or anything else on the account.

    It sounds like a Fizz notification bug to me.
    Normally your credit card should be charged today.
    Verify your plan history to see

    Do what's MT told you to do if it's persist you can contact Fizz on Messenger.

    Had the same issue, apparently the work order completion did not came back to Fizz for them to close it.
    Many subcontractors involved...

    I see nothing in the transaction history, I'm not that worried. Just raising a flag on the forum to see if others had this experience notably as beta feedback for Fizz. When they open the gates you don't want tons of this kind of issue to overrun your customer service.
