Received Rogers MMS by e-mail. Is that normal?
I received an MMS from a person who's on Rogers but instead of getting the MMS on my phone, I received it as an e-mail to the e-mail I use with Fizz. Is this normal? And also how does one answer to it: Do I reply to the e-mail or do I write a new SMS/MMS from my end to their number?

Are you using the native SMS and MMS app? I've never heard of MMS being forward to e-mail with Fizz, unless it's a new feature I don't know about.
I know that it's possible for Rogers users to send MMS to e-mail address, so if the sender have your e-mail address set in is contact list, it could be the reason.

Do you have LTE ? If your LTE is not open can it be the reason ?3

The person sent you the MMS wrote your email adresse instead of your phone number so you received it by email. Just contact that person normally by text message if you want.5
