Unable to send sim to NB?

Title says it all. Fizz has coverage here but can't send a simple sim card here.

Home coverage area is Quebec and greater Ottawa area.

Like others said , FIZZ is only available in Quebec and eastern Ontario.

NB is in Fizz coverage means Fizz users can use their phone in NB in roaming mode.
