Why my billing address is not working?

I try to enter my billing address and it's not working. I checked everything but nothing works. I checked my credit card address and entered the exact same thing on the form but it's not working.

Make sure you are in the subscription zone. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/subscription-area-and-coverage-area
If you are, try using only capital letters for your address.

I am in the coverage area and I tried with capital letters only and nothing. I spoke with the customer service and told me it's a known issue but no ETA for the fix3

Thats's a bummer, I have read others saying that your billing address must match your credit card address, especially with a MasterCard, Visa seems to be ok.

Can you input first part, it will find the address with right post code and different city name. Take it.3

foe the home address it works. It's really for billing one that it's not working. Tried capital, tried FR, EN, with or without special character like é for Montreal, etc...1

I've contacted fizz as I'm having the same issue, no luck yet. I had to have a friend order my sim, but I can't add a payment method still. Waiting on resolution. The Facebook chat is frustrating as they aren't very helpful other than the team is looking into it.0
