I can not receive any text message from my friends and family. I able to send text message, I can call and receive calls. But, I can not receive any text message.

Try to upgrade your os to the latest version and upgrade the APN, and try to desactivate iMessage if you are using an iPhone.2

Is your wifi on? Some users have problem to receive SMS when the wifi is turned on.2

If you just activated your SIM today, it might take a few hours to be fully activated. If you activated it before today, contact customer service so they can see what when wrong with the activation or number transfer.3

Check if your plan is activated and if your paiement as pass. You should also reboot your phone and maybe eject the sim reboot reput the sim and reboot again. If nothing of that work you should contact Fizz.1
