If your phone only support 3g I don’t know if he is compatible wirh Fizz. Try to reboot your phone if it doesn’t work after contact fizz on Facebook messenger.4

What phone do you have . Have you verified if it’s compatible with Fizz. Also verify your APN settings, and if it’s an iPhone install the update https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn4

I have an android Essential phone. I did not check , I did not know there was compatibility issues.

For an LTE-compatible phone configured with LTE network preferences:
Calls: Your device must support HSPA 850 MHz or 1900 MHz frequencies
Mobile data: Your device must have dual-frequency support for 1700/2100 MHz (also called AWS or band IV)2 -

May not be fully activated, go to https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and chat with green bubble. Ask them finish the activation for you.3
