Hi,
I just entered my new Fizz sim card but it says Network locked SIM card inserted. Does this mean my phone is locked to Koodo and i need to get it unlocked? Or does Fizz give me a password to unlock the sim card

It means your phone is lock to Kooko. Ask Koodo they will give you the code for free

geez, this should be automatic, specially with the new law...4

CRTC is kind of useless. It blocked phone app provider such as sugar mobile. It doesn’t allow MVNO in Canada too.3
