Not getting 4G lte on my MI 6?

MI 6 supports LTE band 2100 which goes through fizz but all im getting is H+ and 3G, I am in kanata. Why is that?

You say it supports 2100, but does it support band 4/AWS (1700/2100)? Both parts of the band are needed to use 4G with Fizz.7

Your phone doesn't have LTE Band 4. It's know problem of some Xiaomi models.7

According to gsmarena.com, mi 6 supports LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 38(2600), 39(1900), 40(2300), 41(2500);
According to https://support.videotron.com/residential/mobile/videotron-lte-network
Videotron is using Brand IV (4).
So your phone is not compatible with videotron's LTE network.2
