Why can't I retry to put my IMEI again ?

I come from a virgin account and after putting the first 15 nukber of my IMEI Fizz said that it was inccorect. Why can't I try again ? thank you

Dial *#06# on your phone to make sure you have the right EMEI #
Should not be more than 15 digit

I forget the link of the old post. The OP said most major provider porting steps and Virgin is mentioned as well. Virgin is mentioned IIRC3

I am having a similar issue, but coming from Koodo. I triple-checked the IMEI I entered with other people, so it is the one given by *#06# , but it is not accepted.
I would like to try with the account #, but it says "Retry not available.
I also cannot find the chat.
They say I should send a message via Twitter or Facebook Messenger, but I don't have accounts there.1 -

If you have Dual SIM type of phone, there is 2 different IMEI #,one for each slot. Make sure you are using the right one.
Otherwise, check if your phone's IMEI# as not been blacklisted here https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/
