Hello,
I am planning on joining Fizz but not sure what to do to keep my existing Koodo phone number. I have not cancelled the account yet.

Don't cancel if you want to transfer. When you'll do the setup, it will suggest if you want to keep your phone number. You'll need your Koodo account number.6

Just order a sim and activate it.
