Do you have to buy a Travel Add-on for each country within the same zone?

I am going to Switzerland and Germany, do I have to purchase the travel add-on twice or do you buy it once and it automatically covers all the countries within that "zone"?

  Travel add on are for travel zone. If they're in the same zone then you only need to buy 1 once.
