when i set up my voice , i never set up in for it, why now ask for pin? system failure horribly1

You should have recieved a text message with the temporary PIN, go on any help page and wait 1min ,a Buble will pop on the right side of your screen !2

I did not receive text with temp pin. Only got email. Frustrated1
