Why is it that when someone sends me an MMS picture, it starts a group chat? instead of just appending to the already existing thread with the person?
The group chat starts another thread, and makes it really confusing... to keep track..
Anyone else have this issue?
I'm on a PIxel 2 XL - using the stock Messages app.

In the setting of your Messages app, change it to "send each individual as SMS".2

I don't see that option.
This is for MMS messages I *receive* that I'm having this issue. Sending to others seem to be okay.1 -
