Can anyone tell me how can I contact Fizz to let them know my SMS hasn't been working for the past week?

You can contact Fizz via chat using this link https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues.
Wait for about 15 seconds and you'll see the buble chat at the lower right corner of the page5 -
Or go to My profile --> Contact form --> submit a complaint.1

Hi, Thanks for answering, I used the link M. T. wrote and it worked, they resolved the issue a few hours later I received all the messages from the past week.
I use an Alcatel flip phone, I suggest anyone having this issue try the same link.0
