Data usage mismatch between alert and plan?

I need an explanation as to why I receive alerts about my plan using 100% of my data, while I barely used my LTE in the few days I started my plan AND the platforms tell me I have 7+ GB left on my plan... This is kind of weird. Screenshots are self-explanatory.
Anyone else received this false alarm?
