"There is a problem with the billing address you provided. please try again."

hi there, i bought 2 sim cards, i was able to activate one sim card for myself, and when i use the same billing address (in Ottawa) and credit card to activate my wife's sim card, it says "There is a problem with the billing address you provided. Please try again", after trying 2 days with no luck, i need your help. thanks.

    Probably because the name on the card has to match the name on the account.
    Otherwise, you need to get on Fizz chat service, they will assist you with your issue.

    Make sure city. Name is Nepean Kanata stittiville , not just ottawa.

    I've used the correct city name instead of Ottawa, also made sure it is the precise address, the issue still persists, I'm looking forward to Fizz team to assist. thanks guys.
