cancelled data plan, how to add it back instead of buying add-on only?

I cancelled my data plan, want to add it back but did not see the option to add back after getting into "change my plan"? How can I add it back?

You should see something like this when you click on change plan. Better if you use a computer browser for that also.

You just have to add data into your plan the same way that you added at the first place.
