my account is blocked.they said I have to use chat tool to solve this.where is CHAT TOOL?even my service is down.

  Go to https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and wait a few seconds. A bubble icon will appear, giving you access to the chat. You won’t get a response outside of business hours though.
