Fizz Home Internet Beta - When beta program price will end?
I have received an invitation for Fizz Home Internet.
My apartment (Montreal downtown) is served and I can get 60/10 for 35$+taxes.
I am currently under another provider and need some time before I can switch (unless I want to pay for 2 providers at the same time).
Let's say that I plan an appointment for March 15th (example) and beta period ends at the end of February, will I be forced to get the regular price (60$+taxes) or I can still get the promotional beta program price (35$+taxes)?

I presume that If they accept your date for an appointment for Beta internet then you should be ok.
Otherwise they would reject your date for Beta test.7 -
Sorry but maybe I am not explaining myself well.
What I mean is: if I register today and get an appointment for March 15th and Beta program price ends on February 28th (example), will the promotional price (35$+taxes) be locked even if the appointment (when the technician arrives to my home) falls beyond the day beta program ends?
Because my contract will be active from March 15th onwards, when the promotion will be over, do I risk to be forced to pay the regular price?5 -

If you need a quick answer than you should try chat. I contacted them a couple of times recently and it was relatively fast. The wait time varied from 5 minutes to 20 minutes for me.6

You can schedule an appointment 6 months from now.Once accepted by the system you will have the beta price.6

If you book the appointment while the price is at beta stage, you will most likely pay the beta price even if the beta stage is over since you ordered while beta was still active.8
