Unlimited Calling to US?

If I have the US and Canada coverage plan does that give me unlimited calling to US numbers? Also does this apply for incoming calls?

If you have unlimited minutes, yes you can call the US (from your coverage area) as part of your plan. Incoming calls from anywhere is included in your unlimited minutes.5

The origin point of an incoming call is never relevant for any network in Canada, and never has been to my recollection. I'm not sure where the idea that it matters comes from. What does matter are where you are calling to and where your phone is at the time of the call. So, with the Canada and USA option on your plan you can make calls to anywhere in North America for free, from anywhere in the coverage zone and you can receive calls from anywhere in the world for free as long as you are in the coverage zone. In this case the coverage zone is basically all of North America as well.4
