The chat bubble does not appear. What can I do?

Hello. I have been trying to chat with the Fizz team for a while but the chat bubble never appears on my page. I deleted adBlock and tried on Safari as well but it never appears. Is there anything else I need to do to make it appear?
Also how do I reply to answers?

Chat bubble appears easy on this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues or anyother FAQ page.
Be sure to be logged in to your account.

For the reply part of your question, there is reply button in the same pane as your question, click on it and you will be able to post a reply

This page seems to bring up the chat bubble for me fairly consistently within their opening hours. It appeared after waiting 10-15 seconds just now.

To reply to answers on the forum, hit the green "reply" button and type you're response in the box that appears.0 -

The green chat bubble will appear near the bottom right of the page. Scroll down if necessary. It's not a huge bubble.4 -
It's not the best system I agree, but it usually does show up. Just be patient and keep trying.4

The chat bubble is in the bottom right of the page. You click on it and it opens to chat with an agent. It's small and easy to miss.

Fizz support is slow. Most answers , if not all from chat are not helpful. They try to help but dont know how.1

You have to be in any Fizz Help page during Fizz business hours in order for the chat buble to appear.
