  I think locked upgrades are at the point level .

  I hope Fizz still allow me to use 500m upgrade with call/sms only plan. I can do it before but I don't know if Fizz changed this rule

  Yeah it's nice! From being level 5 I get a 250 mb, a 500 mb and a 300 mb, giving me an extra GB per month!
