Cannot call from Hawaii to Canada ?

I have the Canada USA plan and I am in Hawaii but I cannot call any number in Canada or USA except the 1-800 ones.

  Someone else had trouble to call Hawaii from Canada even with Canada & US .

  Thank you. Trying to contact them through chat but not able and as they recommend through Facebook. Still waiting for an answer. Hopefully it will work soon.
