my lte doesn't want to work

I don't understand why my data doesn't want to work. I have chosen the 6gb program. My iPhone is compatible ( it is the 6s) and I can text and call but I cannot use the data. I don't understand... I restarted my phone also. When I go on google for example it says " could not activate cellular data network" turn on cellar even though it is activated and on the top its written " fizz lte" I dont understand....

Service is ok for me, I don't think it's down.
Check here to update your APN stetting. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
Also, if you just activated your SIM card it might take a while before it's fully operational.

LTE and 3G were definitely not accessible for me for the past hour or so, I've been stuck on the H+ since then.
I just was able to finally connect to LTE network as of a few moments ago.7 -

Yeah you are right, but it's not because you have trouble with your signal, that you can say the system is down.

You're using iphone,you just need go to General ---> Upgrade firmware to 12.1 or above. Reboot phone, and you'll get data running after.
iPhone is known not working with Fizz for lower firmware version.6 -
Try to reset your iphone's network settings.6

Update your phone to the latest IOS. It worked for me.1
