    i am setting up my phone for the first time it is asking a pin i dont have my pin

      It's in your SMS. Read it.

      Try 1234, it's usually the default voice mail PIN.

      Contact Fizz, they will issue you another voicemail PIN number. I had an issue with my voicemail, Fizz opened a ticket for this. They had to"re-install" the voicemail feature. If the PIN they send you by sms does not work contact them again.
