Any body tried this FREE voice mail workout I borrowed from old Wind Mobile times ?

In old Wind Mobile times. My phone has unlimited in/out but no voice mail. Need pay $8/month for voice mail, so I find out a workout to use Fongo as my "free" voice mail. I don't need this any more but I'd like to share this with Fizz users who don't have voice mail feature.
This work out should work with Fizz users who have unlimited call too.
First setup a voice mail in Fongo number (613-abc-defg)
2nd setp is to login to fongo.com and do some setting (see screenshot). Setup your e-mail, also let Fongo go to VM after 1 ring;
3rd step is to enable call forwarding in Fizz to that number 613-abc-defg if your Fizz number not available.
If your Fizz line is not available (busy):
**62*(number you’re forwarding to)#

This way you have "free" voice mail and your VM will be sent to your e-mail directly.
You don't need Fongo app running because you can check your voicemail from e-mail.
This workout will work same for voip.ms or any other voicemail application with Canada number.

You can listen to voip.ms voicemail from Fizz cell phone by calling your voip.ms number.18

@MT. Thanks for the tips. Let me put something extra for remote VM retrieval for Fongo:
Speed dial setup: Setup a speed dial 1 on your phone, and point it to 16133663001 (Please ask phone manufacturer if you don't know how to setup speed dial);
How to retrieve voice mail remotely?
1. Speed dial 1, or Dial the number 16133663001
2. Enter your Fongo Phone Number (including the area code, such as 1613abcdefg) starting with a '1', then press #.
3. Enter your PIN, then press #.
For some lazy people such as myself, I'll just use e-mail to listen voicemail.
For voip.ms, it's similar steps, voip.ms is better but it cost about $1/month to have a direct dial number, vs Fongo is free.
I'm just trying to save every penny to buy a iPhone XS in 2019 Christmas. Hope price go down to $500 by that time
