How to unfreeze account and pay Fizz?

Plan got frozen from an issue with my card and now how can I pay fizz and unfreeze my account? Been trying to contact them for 3 days now. I dont even have a bill/account# so I can pay them directly from my bank.

Delete the card in your account and replace it with another card.
Then where it says your payment is overdue, you will see a link that says something like "Make this payment". Or click that link and try again to make your payment with the original card that did not work if things are settled with that card.7 -
you can only activate an account via crédit card7

Been trying to get a spot for the chat for 2 days and facebook messages them. As I am traveling I need Wifi to contact them and I'm worried my number and account will be canceled since I cannot get a hold of them. I will try to delete my card and re enter it again although I have tried that. Thank you all for the replies5

I had someone reply to ask for my email and they said they were "at my disposal" I gave them my email 2 minutes later and I haven't heard anything back since. This is terrible.1
