I had the same think happening when I was using data in Ontario last month. I didn't realize until yesterday when I looked at the transactions. As it stands, I'm certainly not going to put money in my wallet just for it to be taken away by charges that should be included in my monthly plan!7

Someone has reported that Fizz system took money out of his Wallet due to roaming charge while in visiting a different province even his plan covers Canada.7

there is something weird with the transactions, I know I sent SMS and got charged for it but there are no transactions showing up in my wallet, the balance decreased correctly though.
And yes, another user mentioned weird transactions when he was roaming even though his plan was covering the roaming area.7 -

Me too in my other plan. My balance is 0 but there are two transactions , total is around -$53
