International Incoming SMS problem?

Tried to send SMS to an international number but failed.
Tried this:
going into your account-> plans->manage->advanced parameters->Fizz network parameters = click the button and you will receive a message to install APN settings
Now I can receive international SMS but cannot send.
Anyone help?

You need put some money in your wallet. Your plan doesn't include International SMS.7

I had unlimited SMS before and was able to send/receive intenational SMS.
I changed to no-SMS plan and loaded money in my wallet, and I was also able to receive/send international SMS
Adding money to your wallet (If you don't have unlimited SMS in your plan) is the way to go.8 -
I used android to send and there is no problem. I have unlimited text.
When switch back to iphone and cannot send message again.
So its not the plan problem. more like Iphone configuration and I checked the service center it is ok.

You should confirm with Fizz via text message that this is not a technical issue with your account. If you have a text plan, international texts should work fine as long as you text them to the right dial out number + prefix + phone number.7

Interesting...can someone confirm that SMS are international? I thought I read somewhere that it was?6

I can confirm that it worked for me with international SMS under the unlimited SMS plan.
When you don't have that it will get deducted from your wallet if you have money in it5 -
SMS is international. It is standard nowadays.8
