calling to Israel without add on ?

my friend have a north america plan with money in the wallet but calls to Israel going true. he wont to know if hi will be charge for that ?

  i know that prepaid plan is no charge for past thing but how is it working ?

  It's very high rate to use wallet way. Check tomorrow. She will see.
