Can I use my data outside of Quebec if I pressed Quebec only on my plan

You can't unfortunately. You can however buy data addons for Canada or you can roam on data using pay as you go rates.14

for a few dollars more take canada unlimited it will be OK14

you need to evaluate how frequently you will be outside of quebec, and calculate the use to see if you are better off paying for the data add on or roaming or just upgrade to the canada wide plan. I started with QUebec but for the difference is better to go canada wide.12

I agree with Fredrick...Canada plan is only a few dollars more8

You gotta do adding and pay as you go - it might be worth spending a few extra busks to get the Canada wide plan as other users suggested.3
