My phone is showing "SIM not provisioned", what happened to my service?

I've been in the beta since the beginning and all was fine. Now my SIM doesn't seem to be provisioned. What happened?

Can you reboot your phone and try again? Also check if payment went through. If error still persists then
You can contact Fizz support by doing one of these 3 methods:
going to my Profile -> Contact forms
or you can also go on this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us and wait for the chat bubble to appear .You need to be logged in and be within their business hours which are Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST, weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.

I've reboot several times. My account seems active, 10 days left. I've never been able to see my transaction history it just says "There has been an error. Please try again later."
A few days ago I got an e-mail saying "A gift for you: two extra months to enjoy your beta price."
I would have assumed if there was a problem Fizz would contact me.11 -
I guess I have same problem for my new sim activated last night. Contact fizz and was told my plan is not activated. I did paid and see the plan, sim is not usable though.9

I'd contact them if I could... I can't find a phone number anywhere, the main contact point seems to be Facebook messenger and they haven't responded in 24 hours. The web page seems to point here for "all the answers"
Good thing I didn't port my main phone number over here because by the looks of things I'd be out of a phone for the next week.5 -
They don’t have a phone number, that’s the point - you have to message them on Facebook or on the Fizz bubble chat unfortunately.4
