Problem with data on galaxy s7: data working weirdly, anyone can help?

So ever since the day 4G is back, my data has been acting weirdly, I contacted fizz and they opened a ticket for me, but who knows how long it will take
**my phone says 4G when i turn on data**
1. I ran multiple internet speed tests, all gave good results for download speed (between 40 to 90 mbps), YET, each speed-testing website i used said ''an error has occurred' when testing for upload speed
2. I am able to do google searches and open up some webpages but not others (such as amazon, walmart or my school account)
3. I can make/ receive FB calls, but am unable to send email
4. any sign-in related things don't seem to be working, e.g. email, school account and online banking app (which tells me ''you seem to have lost internet connection'')
5. Facebook seems fine for now
6. Google Map is working half-half

Wow. I'm sure you've tried rebooting? Maybe try resetting your network settings on your phone then inputting them again. It may work.10

by rebooting, you mean restarting my phone or?

Do a network reset. If that doesnt work, delete your apn settings and manually enter them an try again.9

Is it the SM-G930W8 model (Settings > About Phone > model number) of Galaxy S7? On my Galaxy S7 edge 4G means H+. Use this app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wilysis.cellinfolite&hl=en) just to be sure.9

I've had similar issues on an iPhone 6s, speed tests are fine, but certain apps like telegram, seem to be lagging or not work for a while. it doesn't happen frequently so I just ignored it. how often does this happen?9

Is your APN set up correctly? Fizz says that even a poorly set up APN can still have some functions of the phone working, but will cause others to fail. Try setting it up correctly using their tutorial video found in this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn8

I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING!!! the problems still persist!!!
the good thing is I got a reply from fizz as a follow up of my ticket, they said the problem has been fixed, but IT IS NOT5 -
Consider messaging Fizz on the chat bubble or via FB messenger.....4
