Does someone know how I can reset my voicemail pin?

  You may want to contact Fizz support either through Facebook Messenger https://m.me/fizzca or by this link https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us . These are the only ways to get it reset

  Did you receive a text or email from Fizz giving you the initial PIN for your voice-mail?

  Fizz should've sent you a text message with your initial PIN. Use it to enter your voicemail and follow the procedures to make your new PIN.
