Hi, I lost password, received link to reset password by email, but I can not do so.
received message: Your account has been locked following several log in attempts. Please reset your password. tried more than five times, feel dispointed and frustrated.

Try using this path instead.
Get on Fizz home page
Click on login
Then click on forgot.
Next window ask you for the e-mail address you registered your account with
Then follow rest of the procedure

Bummer! That's not to convenient!
I think you'll have to wait half an hour an retry the whole thing, so it sends you another e-mail with a new link.
If that doesn't work you'll have to reach Fizz trough Facebook messenger I guess.

Fizz want create a human-free support & sales system but this won't work with cell phone industry. They will change just matter of time.4
