HI! When I am not at home logged on my wifi, I don't have any internet connection. I can't use google map, instagram, or any app. Even If I have a plan of 8go.
I am new with Fizz since 2 weeks. There was bigger problems at the beginning. Now, everything work except internet. I tried 3G, Ltd...

iphone, restart to make sure the config file is dowloaded
android you need to follow the apn settings link above

For android make sure you setup the apn and the type of apn. Without it internet won't work on mine.

If anyone is using an iPhone 5C or older, or if you just don't want to update your iOS, you can fix your data settings by installing a custom APN profile. Click on this link with Safari on your phone, install it, and you should be good to go.
