HI. I can't send any pictures per SMS. Even when I am on the wifi.

sending MMS needs data plan check your APN13

Are you sure about that Amine? It uses data, yes, but it's a separate APN from regular data and doesn't count against your regular data usage. I think it's most likely you haven't set up your MMS APN properly, Sofia. What kind of phone do you have? IPhones should set themselves up properly by default, as long as you have WiFi for it to download the right settings, but not Android.11

Looks like you're right, Amine. Sofia, try following this FAQ on the issue. You may need to add a data add-on to gain MMS access, or possibly add funds to the wallet for pay per use data purposes.

Exactly! Set the data upgrade you get for free if you ain't got a data plan, then make sure your APN is set correctly as per the FAQ. Then make sure your mobile data is activated on your phone's settings. Taking wifi off makes sure you operate on the mobile network.10
