Fizz may be providing a sub par service now, but calling it a fraudster company is a stretch. Come on.18

This seems a bit extreme when, judging from your other question, your current problem is actually with the delivery company that they used. The deliver company used by Costco gave my package to one of my neighbours last week and I never got it. I'm not about to call Costco a fraudster company because of it!18

Definitely they are frustrater Canadian Company. I paid for SIM card and they have put the package in front of the door out side of building and they written in their website "delivered".
Complain number 6402.
Several times I sent message but they say I should pay again for new sim card.
I attached delivery not. It is in french.11 -
then it is not their problem if the carrier left it at your door and didnt care its the shipping company fizz isnt accountable for lost stolen packages the delivering company is15

Until now I have a good experience with Fizz in general.
There are some issues network during beta/launch phase. This is normal and Fizz states clearly on their website : This is a Launch phase.
I'm sorry to hear your unfortunate delivery issue.
It does happen sometimes even with Amazon

Fizz is not a fraudster and you should not be paying another 5$ either.
Fizz should revise their delivery solution and help customer who did not receive their sim card due to lack of professionalism of some (not all) delivers15 -
I had my sim delivered too, but it was nowhere to be found and I got my 3$ back14

They make you to buy new phone number or port a number.
They do not give you data only as they advertised before.

What? You can get a data only plan, yes. It still needs to have a sim card and a number associated with it. That's not fraud, that's how cellular services work! You are making no sense. They aren't forcing you to use their services and I suspect nothing will make you happy with them at this point.6
