Phone is shutting down

I have an ZTE Phone and when i put in the FIZZ Sim card it keeps restarting every 2 Minutes is there something to do about it?

Did you try to shut down your phone. insert sim and then power it on? Not quite sure what the issue would be.

I don't think the SIM card is the reason it's restarting, I could be wrong though.

Looks like a new firmware upgrade is needed. Or you need remove the sim card and put in sim 2 slot?

how do you upgrade the firmware? the phone isn't a smart phone and it is working i could call out for 2 minutes then it shuts down and restarts again
