Hi,
I'm trying to port my phone number from Public Mobile but it doesn't work.
Can somebody help me FAST? it's been 2 days that I cannot make or receive calls.
I have an opened ticket with customer service: 6230.

Did you use your Public mobile contract number or your IMEI for the transfer?18

Hi Marjorie, I recently transferred my phone number from Public Mobile as well, something to keep in mind is for the transfer to work, you have to make sure your Public Mobile account is still active, if not then you'll unfortunately have to spend money to reactivate it just to transfer it. The second bit of info you need is the account number, usually starts with 10000. Anyway, let me know if you need more help or have other questions.17

Did you try putting your old sim back in?

My Public Mobile account is still valid until the end of the month.
I tried with both IMEI and Public Mobile account number, none worked.12 -

Definitely message Fizz on facebook messenger to make them aware. In the meantime, perhaps also contact Public Mobile and see if you can still resume service (unless the number porting process has already begun).13

It told me that the numbers I gave were incorrect. But they are correct.
I contacted Fizz on FB several hours ago, I'm still waiting11 -
Contact Fizz through FB messenger. their respond time is 24 to 72 hours, just be patient.6
