I have no data for the last couple of hours in Barrhaven, is it just me?

I hadn't noticed because I'm home on wifi, but yep, when I shut off wifi, there's no internet connection. Fantastic Fizz. I thought Fridays were the scheduled outage days?

Restarting my phone seems to have brought it back, at least for now. I guess this is the instability they were talking about?

It is running glacially slow though, even for 3G.23 -
I am ok. Try resetting your network or APN. My data cut out yesterday, I resetted the network and it worked fine afterwards.23

How do I reset the network, I went to Setting - connection- data - AutoSelect and it is already with Fizz19

on Iphone, it's settings, general, reset, reset network settings. You will have to re-enter wifi passwords.21

Strangely enough, reboot didn't fix it for me yesterday. I had to reset the network.20

In Montreal, 3G is working on an Android phone.20

The speed has improved for me now, after going from not working, then reboot phone, then working at glacial speeds. The network doesn't seem totally reliable at the moment.23

Holding steady at HSPA+ and 5-6 mbs downloads speeds in Ottawa. At least I haven't had total outage today, and everything else works.22

So the possible solutions to this problem were:
a) reset network
b) turn phone on and off
c) turn airplane mode on and off

I lost data for about 30 minutes around 4PM yesterday (I always connect to Google Maps for traffic updates during my commute) but it eventually came back. I didn't have to reset any settings; I had data / lost data / got data back eventually.
I've believe I've only connected at 3G since service got restored after the outage last Friday.10 -
I followed Allison W. post from another thread 'No internet since Sunday' and reset my APN setting manually and got my data back8
