When do we insert the referral code?

Hello,
I wasn't able to add my friend's referral code neither when creating my account, nor while purchasing the sim card. And yesterday, while choosing the plan, i wasn't able to insert it again! So my question is : when exactly can I insert it?
For the plan creation, i went till the moment when you check the terms and conditions (I checked them) and the purchase button was active, and still they didn't ask me to add a referral code.

When I did it, it was right after entering my credit card info. Remember to enter the code and click the green arrow. Make sure a pop up window comes up saying you and a friend got a referral.18

If you've already paid for your plan, it's too late to add a referral code. Sorry.14

I was prompted in the options when confirming my plan during activation of my SIM14

I believe I also had the option before activating the SIM and selecting the plan.14

I still didn’t pay for the plan. I still have to confirm it, and at no moment I get asked for the referral code. I will try again this night... ><14

Did you enter your credit card information already? It's been over a month, but I remember it was the very last page. After picking your plan, after entering the credit card info.14

Yup, I enter all the credit card info, I get the summary of the plan, and (I suppose) the last button before confirming, and still no referral info...14

Still no answer from fizz, and no solution here works for me, and we have only some days left for the good prices...9

This is really strange. And you are right, when I go to order a sim card, there is no option to put in the referral code. Good news is they removed the date of Dec 19 from the website. So you have time.9

But you still get it when you try to activate a SIM card and create a plan, right? Maybe I have to redo it again after clearing the cookies...9

I don't have a sim to activate, so can't comment on whether the referral code is still there or not. Since I haven't seen anyone else mention it, I am assuming it's still there.8

The option to add referral code showed up to me as a green button when I selected to purchase both my sim card and the plan. You must have missed it or maybe there was a bug where it wasn't there. But anycase, Fizz says that if you don't add your friend's referral code when you make the plan, you won't be able to add it alter on. Which as disappointing as it may sound, it prevents people from adding the codes of people who they meet here9

If you forgot to enter your referral code during SIM activation, then you cannot enter a referral code. You may only share yours to receive $25 bonuses. Sorry.2

The best way is to put the referral code inside the url:
https://www.fizz.ca/?ref=CODE
The web server will then automatically fill for you whenever you need to.1 -
