How do I add a new feature like messaging?

Can I add a feature while on intro pricing? When I access manage my account, it only gives me the option to add a user-not to change the plan

This is happening because the transfer still hasn't fully completed, you can make the change when you receive an email from fizz saying that your plan is now live, it should happen in a day or two max, after you can make changes, also when you make changes to your plan it will only take effect on your next billing cycle.14

To add to M H., if you need messaging this month, you can either add an texting add-on, which will take effect today and last until the following billing cycle or you can add funds into your wallet to be used as pay as you go features ($0.05 to send a text, incoming is free).4

Once everything is working, and you can't wait for the next billing cycle, you can purchase an add-on or add money to your wallet (pay as you go).12

You can make changes before the end of the intro period. The Dec 19 date may be extended...?11

Agree with @M H. and @Kent T. When u make change to your plan, ideally before Dec. 19, it will only take effect for your next billing cycle.
In the meantime, u can add unlimited SMS for $3. If u go this route, would u be kind enough to return here and let us know if SMS expiry is END of current OR next Billing Cycle. Thanks in advance!
