Compensation?
I really hope we get compensated. My understanding was that we might experience a few hickups with some features like website issues etc. Not losing the core service!
Fizz you better compensated your customers because the price is no longer a reason for people to stay if you don't treat us with respect.

not sure, since we know that it's going to be buggy until 18 december.4

@sivapalan A. I think people would be happy if the issues would be gone by Dec 18... that's a little over a week from now, so that's really optimistic given the two outages within 1 week of each other.3
