Unbelievable! My first name is Zhengdong! The system not allow me to enter letter N.

Hmm thats interesting haha. Maybe try to refresh the page and log out to see if it changes anything. Might be a bug int he system where they don't think thats how its spelled on your card9

According to this thread, this might work when you enter your name in all CAPITAL letters.

Yes, it's a know glitch that you can't enter 'on'. Capital letters should work.10
