How to Add Street Type and Direction in Shipping Address?
When I write my shipping address, I can select the correct address. But on the next page, the street type and direction are missing. In other words, “Street West” disappeared.

Hi Shuo,
I see from your pics you are trying to subscribe/deliver SIMs to Toronto.
This is outside the subscription zone and so if you actually live there you cannot subscribe.
For more details look here.

It’s not Fizz’s fault. It’s a global telecoms rule.

Its fine, the same happened to me as well, as well as my friend.
But my sim card arrived fine, as long as your postal code and apartment no. Is correct. Just ignore it.11 -

Thanks for your reminder. The place I current live dos not suitable for Fizz. To be more specific, the following webpage (https://fizz.ca/en/faq/partner-networks) says
“The majority of your usage (calls, texts and data) must be done on the Fizz network. We reserve the right to interrupt or block access to our network of partner providers if you use your mobile service primarily on their networks for 3 consecutive payment periods.”

PS: Some people like me, have moved to another province but keep original phone number. Their mobile phone usage region and dialling code region are different. It works fine for the carrier which has a national-wide self-operated network, but not for a provincial-wide self-operated network, such as Fizz. Note Fizz’s own network available in only Province of Québec and City of Ottawa.

Hi Shuo,
Yes that's it more or less - however I believe it's not possible to subscribe in all of Quebec just a lot of where people live and also some parts of Ontario.
You are dead right about the so called Big 3 - Rogers, Bell, Telus - but they also have Big 3 prices.
FYI everyone - you can possibly try to game to system and use a different postal address and use your phone elsewhere but the network might notice and after three months you can be legally kicked off. Like I say, a global rule. Called permanent roaming.
Cheers

Don't try and use it outside of Ottawa and Quebec. Otherwise after 3 months you could get your service cancelled.4
