bad experience with beta testing

today i was out.....i have to use google maps....but unfortunately with fizz.... even i was not able to access internet.... bad experience ever. ....problem happen anytym.....i am fully dependent on my phone if i am travelling somewhere....please try to resolve this problem as soon as possible

Note that they are not in beta anymore, they started the launch phase on november 20th. You can follow the updates in this thread.

You are not a beta tester. Not anymore. It's time to have higher expectations and standards for fizz.

I did not sign up for the Beta. I am not a Beta Tester. I did not get any of the pricing benefits of a Beta Tester. I signed up to get the same cellular service at a slight discount to Koodo. I'm fine with the website being what it is. But I'm not ok when the reason why I pay money (cellular service) is no longer provided. I think it's a fair position. Stop excusing shoddy service with the word Beta. Fizz is no longer in BETA.8
