What kind of handset are you using Jean?
Android or iOS Apple?
For SMS (not RCS or iMessage) the APN is broadly irrelevant. APN is for data and MMS.

Ok, I guess you have to launch a chat so Jean. That's weird. Possibly a phone issue but more likely a network issue.

It's not an issue of my phone. I've tested the sim card of fizz with 3 different phones, all without incoming message.16

MMS is an SMS/text with a built-in multimedia file like picture or video.
They are treated differently by different boxes in the phone network.15 -
