No way to unsibscribe? What is going on!?

There is no button to unsibscribe, I know where they are supposed to be I read ALL the FAQ about it but like the chat bubble, ITS NOT THERE!. How do I get out of this service now.....

There is a button to unsubscribe, please read the FAQ article below on how to unsubscribe:
*You go to My Plans/Manage Plan/Unsubscribe*

Transporting your number to another carrier should do it

Please take @Rene D.'s suggestion and port the number out if it's a number that you have had for a while and would like to keep. If you unsubscribe following @Sean H.'s suggestion you will lose your phone number.
