did not receive activation email now im locked out?

i created a new account ordered my sim but did not receive a confirm email, now my account is locked, when i try to reset the account password, no email gets sent, its like they cant send to a .biz domain, also if i get my sim from account 1 that is locked, can i activate on a new account that seems to be working
please help

no its not in spam, i tried to resend about 5 times, nothing, so i guess i have to order another sim, looks like they still have tons of issues6

You should have received a txt msg on phone as well...7

well i solved the issue by opening a new account with my gmail this worked fine only thing is it cost me another 5$ for a sim , but im ok with that as long as it works . thanks for the help7

It’s fine to activate the sim on a different account, since they are not linked until the activation code is used.6

Make sure you request a refund, they will for sure be able to assist you with that!7

i doubt you will ever have your confirmation if example you mispelled your email like i did the first time aha other than that i can say this is not direct as it seem to take some time before the email is redirected to your box be patient:)0
